Hatha Yoga - Find the balance between effort and relaxation in this yoga class. We will explore traditional yoga postures and weave in philosophy from this ancient practice.
Yoga Boot Camp - This class includes both resistance training as well cardio exercises challenging muscular endurance. Work to your level throughout but discover how far you can push yourself....and see it in the results! Sun Salutations will be used to warm-up and keep the body warm throughout and we will end with gentle yoga stretches.
Yoga Fusion - With a mixture of yoga, Pilates, resistance training and cardio, this class will give you a total body workout AND stretch the body while you find the connection between mind, body & spirit.
Gentle Yoga - Slow down in the class to listen to what your body is telling you...then move in a way that eases those tight places and tender areas. For all levels.
