Compassion for our own bodies learning to accept where we are today and learning to express compassion towards our fellow man. Balance between right and left sides of our bodies & minds but also creating balance in our lives in all the busy roles we play daily. Flexibility not only relieving those tight hamstrings but learning to be flexible in our everyday lives of give and take. Relaxation using the breath to relax even where there is tension in those most awkward poses and in the stressful moments of our busy lives.
